  • Taxpayer Watchdog: Bringing the same fiscal responsibility used to manage the Sheriff’s Office budget to the Statehouse.
  • Rural Advocacy: Ensuring our rural communities keep their fair share of infrastructure funding.

The crisis of addiction affects every corner of our county. Randy has been a leader in:

  • Expanding partnerships for mental health and addiction treatment.
  • Bridging the gap between law enforcement and healthcare to provide long-term solutions for those in need.

Following the foundation laid by Dr. Brad Barrett, Randy is committed to:

  • Supporting policies that lower healthcare costs and protect access in rural communities
  • Reducing red tape for small businesses and family farms and bringing jobs and opportunity to eastern Indiana
